WBPDWelcome and thank you for visiting the West Bend Police Department website.

The mission of the West Bend Police Department is “To work in cooperation with the public to enforce the law, prevent crime, and preserve the peace.” The key component to our mission is that we need to work in cooperation with the public in order to be successful. The Police Department needs your help to ensure that West Bend is a safe and enjoyable city to live, do business, and participate in the many cultural and recreational activities in the community. When you see possible criminal or disorderly behavior call the West Bend Police at 262-335-5000. If you witness a crime in progress or see a life threatening situation immediately dial 9-1-1.

If you have suggestions on how the West Bend Police Department can provide better service to you or the community, please forward those ideas to my office at dispatch@ci.west-bend.wi.us. If you recently called the West Bend Police Department for service, I encourage you to complete a Citizen Survey Form by CLICKING HERE. If you are interested in what others have said in recent surveys Citizen Comments - May 2016.
