Public Input at Council Meetings

A City of West Bend resident, property owner or business owner may submit a request to the Mayor to discuss a specific topic related to city business at a Common Council meeting. All requests must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. twelve days prior to a regularly scheduled Council meeting.

The Mayor will make the final decision if the topic will be placed on an upcoming agenda.

A maximum of three requests will be scheduled per meeting.

Requestor will be given three minutes to present their issue.

A Department Head or representative of the Department related to the topic will be present at the meeting, if applicable.


Eligible requestors should contact the Mayor’s Office if interested. Council meetings are held the first and third Monday of the month. Please click here to view the calendar dates.
