Sewer Utility

The treatment plant opened in 1980 at a cost of $17 million. The capacity is sufficient to serve a residential population of 48,500 and allow for additional industrial expansion.

All volume – $2.10 per 100 cubic foot

Fire Protection

The City of West Bend has a full service fire department. The fire department is staffed with 40 career firefighter/paramedics and 19 paid on call firefighters who are dedicated to serve and protect the City of West Bend and the areas under contract with the City of West Bend. The fire department operates out of three stations that protect 40,000 people living in an area of 30 square miles and have an ISO rating of 4.
