Warrant List

To further our cooperation with the Public, the West Bend Police Department shares a list of Wanted Persons from our Department.  Warrants for individuals range from simple traffic violations to more serious violations such as criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and theft.  Together, we can locate these individuals and continue the criminal justice process.

If you know the whereabouts of anyone on the warrant list or can provide current information such as phone numbers or addresses, please contact our Department at 262-335-5000.  You do not need to leave any contact information if you wish to remain anonymous.  DO NOT TRY AND APPREHEND ANYONE ON THIS LIST.  Only a law enforcement officer can arrest a subject with a warrant.

If you happen to find yourself on the Warrant List or wish to assist someone who is, our Department provides two options for a person to clear warrants and prevent direct police contact.  If the warrant is cleared, any attempts to locate a wanted person at their home, work, or school will stop.

  • The Mid Moraine Municipal Court  (MMMC) can be contacted directly by phone at 262-334-5700.  Contact them directly Monday through Friday between 8:00am to 4:30pm.  MMMC will assist anyone in making the payment to clear a warrant so the police will stop searching for the wanted person.
