Sylvan Way and Lincoln Drive South To Be Closed

Sylvan Way from Paradise Drive to Lincoln Drive South, AND Lincoln Drive South from Sylvan Way to Terrace Drive will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, April 18 2016, until approximately late October 2016, for the reconstruction of underground utilities and street resurfacing.
Closures will happen in phases as work progresses, starting on Monday, April 18, 2016 with the portion of Sylvan Way between Paradise Drive and Butternut Street.
Kruczek Construction Inc. from Green Bay, Wisconsin will be doing this work. There will also be a number of subcontractors working at various times during the project.
Sylvan Way reconstruction will include water main installation, partial sanitary and storm sewer installation, spot repairs of curb and gutter and sidewalk, pulverizing of the existing asphalt pavement, placement of asphalt pavement and restoration of disturbed areas. Lincoln Drive South reconstruction will include sanitary sewer installation, partial storm sewer installation, pulverizing of the existing asphalt pavement, placement of asphalt pavement and restoration of disturbed areas.
Motorists are asked to exercise caution, observe construction signs, abide by all traffic control signs and devices, obey flagmen, and be alert for heavy construction equipment and all construction activities, while work is in progress. Alternate routes should be selected if possible.
