PUBLIC NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETINGS
FOR THE 2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND REGIONAL ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING
Waukesha County and the HOME Consortium, including Waukesha, Jefferson, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties, are beginning development of their 2020-2024 Five-Year Consolidated Plan, 2020 Annual Action Plan, and the regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. The Plan will identify community development and affordable housing needs and set priorities for investment of federal grant funds to address them. These plans are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the City and Consortium to receive federal money through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. Residents and other stakeholders are invited to provide input about local affordable housing and community development needs at a public meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 6 PM at the West Bend Community Memorial Library, 630 Poplar Street, West Bend, WI 53095.
