On Saturday March 24th, Regner Park will shake off its winter coat to welcome hundreds of families back for the traditional Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt.

With months of preparation, and decades of sponsorship by the West Bend Lions Club, the Easter Bunny will start the show for the little ones age 8 and younger at 11:00AM sharp, so don’t be late!

New this year, is a separate, hard-surface hunt area specifically designed for disabled kids. Families of the disabled are advised to park on Silverbrook Drive near the Regner Park hardball diamond, and then enter the park via the walkway immediately behind the grandstand. The hunt will take place on the tennis courts nearby, the entire route is accessible and will also begin at 11am.

The general Easter Egg Hunt is separated into different age groups, with the 0, 1, 2 and 3 year-olds hunting inside the fenced hardball diamond, the 4 & 5 year-olds hunt on the softball fields, and the 6, 7, and 8 year-olds hunt on the grass areas just to the east of the swim pond.  It is co-sponsored by the West Bend Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department. Parking and the “hunt” is free.
