(December 8, 2016) The City of West Bend Common Council approved Monday, June 20th, 2016, to increase the City Taxi Fares as of the first of the year.     Downtown building lights project delayed Work to resume on Nov. 28 WEST BEND, Wis. (Nov. 23, 2016) Due to equipment problems, the downtown building lights project has been delayed a week. Work is scheduled to resume on Main Street on Monday, Nov. 28.     Work to begin on downtown building lights, Nov. 20 WEST BEND, Wis. (Nov. 17, 2016) Downtown West Bend will be a little brighter next week. Work is scheduled to begin on Sunday, Nov. 20, on the building lights that line the tops of the buildings on Main Street.
