GENERAL
Refuse must be placed at the curb or alley line by 7:00 a.m. to ensure weekly pickup. Please Note: Refuse may not be placed at the curb or alley line more than 12 hours prior to collection and containers must be removed within 12 hours after collection.
Refuse must be drained and wrapped. Disposable diapers, animal waste, sawdust, kitty litter and ashes must be placed in plastic bags and securely tied prior to placement in garbage cans. Refuse strewn by animals or vandals prior to collection is the responsibility of the occupant or property owner.
