Responsibilities:

 

The City Attorney provides legal services for the City of West Bend, a municipal corporation.  Services include giving advice and formal opinions to the Common Council, elected and appointed officials, and City agencies, boards, commissions, committees and departments; drafting and reviewing contracts, land conveyances, leases, ordinances, resolutions, and other documents; prosecuting ordinance violations; and representing the City in judicial and administrative proceedings.
