Development
Responsibilities:
The Department of Development is comprised of the Office of City Planning, the Office of Economic Development, and the Office of Building Inspection. Together the three offices offer a variety of services including City Planning, zoning and subdivision administration, Geographic Information Systems, community and economic development activities, building inspection, property maintenance and sign administration, erosion control, and administration of the City Shared-Ride Taxi Service and Municipal Airport.
