Responsibilities:

The City of West Bend is proud to have a full service fire department. Our responsibilities to the citizens and visitors of our community is to provide top level fire protection, fire suppression, quality advanced and basic life support, specialized rescue services, fire safety inspections and public education.

 

Currently, the fire department is staffed with 40 career firefighter/paramedics and 15 paid on call firefighters who are dedicated to serve and protect the City of West Bend and the areas under contract with the City of West Bend. We operate out of three stations that protect 40,000 people living in an area of 30 square miles. We have an ISO rating of 4.
