PURPOSE: It shall be the purpose of the Administrative Review Appeals Board to insure fair play and due process in the administration of the affairs, ordinances, resolutions, and bylaws of the city.
POWERS AND DUTIES: The Administrative Review Appeals Board shall have the powers and duties prescribed in Municipal Code 1.56 and 6.05 in accordance with §§68.10, 68.11, and 68.12, Wis. Stats.
STRUCTURE: The Administrative Review Appeals Board shall consist of three (3) members; the mayor, the city administrator, and one citizen member who shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council at the organizational meeting.
TERMS: The citizen member term shall be a two (2) year term, appointed at the common council’s organizational meeting.
