PURPOSE: The purpose of the Licensing Board is to review pertinent data and applications for individuals who apply for a liquor or fermented malt beverage license, operator's license, taxicab license, amusement arcade license, massage establishment license, or for the renewal of such license. The Licensing Board will then make a recommendation to the Common Council whether or not to grant the license.
POWERS AND DUTIES: The Licensing Board shall have the powers and duties prescribed in Municipal Code 1.57.
STRUCTURE: The Licensing Board shall consist of the Mayor, the President of the Common Council, and the City Clerk
CHAIRMAN: The Mayor shall serve as chairman of the board.
